About this apartment rental
This spacious loft offers an open fully equipped kitchen, a generous round table and living space, complete with rooftop windows that fill the space with light. The living room features a number of sculptures and paintings for a unique artist’s experience.
There are three separate bedrooms, with a double bed (140x 190cms) in the master bedroom; a smaller double bed (130x190cms) in the second bedroom; and an oversized single (120 cm wide) in the third bedroom that can sleep two.
The outside courtyard is an oasis of calm after a long day seeing the sights in the city. There is an outside private table in front of the loft, where you can lunch or dine in a community setting.
Transportation is particularly convenient, with a metro stop just two minutes away (Metro Saint Jacques, on line 6) a few minutes away from the famous Montparnasse nightlife and the Luxembourg gardens, as well as the city center. Access to trains and buses to both the CDG and Orly airports are just four minutes away.
About the Host:
Ben is a Greek, living in Paris for more than 30 years. He speaks English, French and Greek fluently. He has more than 10 years’ experience as a host renting his house on the island of Skyros in Greece.

This beautiful loft was perfect for our visit. We were welcomed by all the kind and gracious neighbors. The location is great, close to markets, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The Metro station is conveniently located directly across the street. Our outstanding host Ben communicated frequently with us before, during and after the trip. The loft is accurate depicted in the overview.We will definitely rent here again for our next visit to Paris.

What a great place to stay. The owner was great with communication and always quickly responded to all questions. He left us a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us and although the unit does not have HVAC, he brought us an extra fan upon request. The court yard is what you think of and see on tv. The unit was spacious, eclectic and charming. Thank you Ben for sharing your home with us.

Benjamin was such an amazing and responsive host! We had a wonderful stay in his beautiful loft. The surrounding area is safe and quiet, which was lovely to come home to after the bustle of Paris during the day. The apartment itself is very unique and beautiful with plenty of room to spread out.
