Excellent value away from masses of tourists.

I quite liked the location as it was traditionally Italian with bars, restaurants, small shops and no fake glamour. The sea was within fairly easy reach as was a small park with magnificent trees. The location was anything but central but there were good bus connections to the station where we arrived and the port whence we departed. The property itself had an attractive outside space.

The bathroom products were very basic and the room a little small. However, I do realise that it was budget accommodation not five-star luxury. As such, it was good value for money.

The location was not bad, however further from the beach than advertised, about a 20 minute walk. the breakfast was decent, the pastries were good.

the power went out multiple times and I had to message the host for assistance which took some time. You also have to message them on the day the exact time you’re arriving otherwise you’ll be stuck waiting outside for a long time.

The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed and pillow, all necessities were provided.

The breakfast was mediocre. You had a choice between overly sweet pastries or soggy sandwiches. I'd prefer some simple toast/bread with butter and a spread of choice over this anytime.

a very nice room with a very rude neighbor

it was close to where I needed to be

my first day I arrived very tired from the train ride . the next day I had a 7 am appointment. my neighbor for some reason said he could hear my bathroom fan but it was in no way near his room . instead of being polite he decided to beat on my wall . this happened 3 times during the night and I got little rest and sleep . I missed my appointment the next day which ruined my whole 3 day trip . I left a day early and was out a whole business trip i so came not only to Livorno but Italy itself . so it wasn’t the 173€ for the room but the whole purpose of my trip . there will be no business done again in Livorno and I will not be returning. it is in NO way the fault of this property BUT a very rude traveler that I can not believe he could have ever hear anything since my bathroom shared walls with the hall and was 2 meters away . the sound from the street was much greater and that noise was louder than any fan . the walls are not this thin and it’s a beautiful property that is well maintained . lovely garden anyone will find pleasing

Very good

The hostess was very kind and helpful. I felt very satisfied and well- being, like a familymember. My room was very tidy and clean and had everything important. The location of the B&B was very good because you could achieve everything by feet.

The breakfast was not so comfortable and everything was in plastic but it was quite normal because of covid. But the coffee was good ;)

RUDE SERVICE EVER !!!

The property is very clean . Unfortunately when I left my first review regarding the “black out “ in the b&b the next day she saw me and she starts to verbally attached me! Saying me “u can’t talk now ! I need to say something “ ... I was shocked !!!! Unbelievable! The worst customer service ever!! I just explained that regarding the service she guaranteed but she didn’t provide , this black out costed me extra money because I neeed to shower , eat and charge my phone in the morning. I think she only should not charge me the full amount and give me a discount or simply apologise to me instead of be so much rude! She get offended about this review saying to me to don’t come back anymore ! With pleasure I won’t come back !!!!

Cleanliness Comfort Near to the city centre

No water and light last night until 10.45 am ! That’s was absolutely crap ! Lack of respect and service . I had an appointment in the morning I had to skip because I couldn’t take a shower !!! Ashamed

Nice position close to the center but, unfortunately, impossible to live it because it’s impossible to pay the parking with credit cards, only coins.

The soundproofing of the rooms doesn’t exits... terrible to hear the TV, and not only, of the other room. About the breakfast having troubles with gluten I asked special meal but the answer was “the breakfast is a continental breakfast”. No consideration for people who has this kind of disease.

La colazione non è presso la struttura, come poteva sembrare dalle foto di presentazione, ma in un bar vicino convenzionato. Avrei preferito che fosse specificato, per questo sono rimasta delusa

Il bagno di dimensioni davvero minuscole, La cosa peggiore è l'odore che proveniva dagli scarichi, anche tenendo la porta del bagno chiusa si sentiva davvero troppo (purtroppo era tardi per contattare il proprietario, fossi rimasta più notti magari avrebbe risolto spostandomi di camera). Colazione in un bar convenzionato (proprietari davvero carinissimi) che prevedeva solo un caffè e una brioche

La habitación demasiado pequeña, el baño tan estrecho que una persona con ligero sobrepeso no podría entrar, nos tocó que la persona que hace el aseo se enfermara por lo que estuvimos cuatro noches, sin limpieza de la habitación, no cambiaron toallas a pesar de haberlas solicitado y estuvieron húmedas durante toda la estancia, se ofrece desayuno sin embargo hay que ir a un bar cercano, nos recibió personal del hotel y no lo volvimos a ver nunca, las llaves se dejaron al personal de aseo

Lätt att komma i kontakt med värden. Läget var ok, gångavstånd till hamnen och strandpromenaden.

Litet och instängt rum, trångt badrum. Frukosten var sådär, smörgåsarna var slut andra dagen.

Encore assez cher pour le peu de confort

Le petit déjeuner offert dans un bar avoisinant. L'emplacement dans la ville.

Chambre très petite, et salle de bain minuscule. Aucune isolation sonore, on entend très bien les voisins. Nous avons surtout regretté qu'une chambre un peu + spacieuse ne nous ai pas été proposée hors saison et avec un hôtel casi vide.
