Die Lage, die Sauberkeit, die vielen Tipps der Vermieterin, es war das beste Booking-Erlebnis, dass wir bislang hatten!

Der riesige Garten und das Anwesen insgesamt sind beeindruckend. Auch innen sind die Räume sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr für viele Personen und sehr nette Grundausstattung mit Kaffee, Tee, Madeleines und Gewürzen. Sehr nette Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin.

Die Autobahn ist unmittelbar in der Nähe, und man hört den Verkehr, aber uns hat es nicht sehr gestört.

Locatie , rustig Heel veel ruimte .

The location of the property is excellent. Close to the Normandy coast, the city of Bayeux and a plethora of supermarkets and stores. The property itself is secluded from the main street and provides ample privacy for lounging in the beautiful garden. The lovely garden is this property’s absolute selling point. It is a wonderful place to relax, read a book or enjoy each other’s company.

The hygiene standards in the kitchen and bathroom were definitely subpar. We found mouse droppings spread over several kitchen cabinets - absolutely unacceptable and points towards a lack of regular inspection/deep clean. Frankly, the general state of the property, including the cleanliness, made us wonder about the trustworthiness of prior glowing reviews. Several light switches and electrical sockets malfunctioned, with some of the switches falling back into the wall when touching them. The furniture was dated and not all that comfortable. This place has a ton of potential, it’s a true shame it is not well tended.
