About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² house in Tracy-sur-Mer to rent for up to 10 people.
It comprises a 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower or bath) and a 350 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: with two single beds
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A beautiful 350 m² enclosed garden
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Tracy-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
