About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 150 m² house for rent in Tracy-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 80 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 450 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the first floor:
- An 80 m² living room facing south-west, with TV, sofas, table football, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5 (accessible via bedroom 4): with two single beds
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, crib, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 450 m² enclosed private garden
- A 100 m² wooden terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The house is ideally located in Tracy-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment and a quiet neighborhood. There is an enclosed and secure playground right in front of the house.
You will be close to all essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market, as well as many activities: horse riding, cycling, paragliding, exploring the Bayeux Tapestry and cathedral, visiting the circular cinema in Arromanches-les-Bains, and the D-Day museums.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage and private parking lot of the house (up to 3 cars, all types of vehicles).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Bayeux, about 6 miles away
- Nearest airport: Caen, about 19 miles away
- Bus stop 3 minutes' walk from the house
