About this house rental
Our house, tastefully decorated, promises you a change of scenery to enjoy the calm of nature.
It is composed, on the first floor, of a main living room including a large living room, a dining area, an open kitchen. A lounge area for children to play board games or have fun to their heart's content. You will also find a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs, the house has 4 large bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with two showers and a large hallway.
Outside, the property's walking paths are accessible. We suggest you can picnic by the river, or simply enjoy a ride among the horses. A garden area is available to tenants with swings, slide, petanque court...
Many tourist sites are close to the accommodation (Omaha beach, the American Cemetery, the Pointe du Hoc, museums of Bayeux, Arromanches, Sainte-Mère Eglise,...).
Mont Saint Michel is also easily accessible in 1h30 by car.

Great property in pleasant countryside.Just what the 8 of us needed to break up our journey. Certainly large enough with great facilities.The only small thing to be aware of is that the staircase is steep with small steps.

Very clean with large spaces. We loved pulling in and seeing the farm dog sitting near the farmhouse. The hosts met us for check in with two glass bottles of their freshly pressed apple and pear juices! This spot is charming. We wish we could have stayed longer.
Full sized kitchen appliances! One note for Americans who have not been to France before…the WC or room with the toilet upstairs does not have a sink in it. The sink is the next door over with the showers. Fairly common. Also, per European rules, the washer is high efficiency, so cycles take hours, meaning, you’ll need to plan ahead for laundry washing and drying. Also, the washer is smaller than US sizes. None of this is a detriment, just something to be aware of if you plan on doing laundry.

Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful location & home. Home has window screens; only place we’ve seen in France! Host was so gracious they turned on the USA v France men’s basketball game even though USA was winning. They left us fresh apple cider that they make on the property. Absolutely stay here if you can.
