WhatsApp 'ed 30mins before arrival and received video to show where to head to and door code needed for arrival. It was so hot on the day we arrived and once we entered the property the wall fan was going and window was open so room was nice and cool which was very thoughtful of host so thank you. We were doing a pub crawl so was literally somewhere to lay our heads and shower the next day but this had everything needed. The beds were so comfy and best night sleep even with England winning and the celebrations on the street :)

These were small things and would not put me off booking again. We couldn't get normal TV to finish watching the England game, tried tuning but no joy so had to watch 2nd half on phone but no big issue. We couldn't find a tea towel to wipe up so cups were air dried. The electric stopped but got that going again and other half had to have a cold shower before we could work the boiler out ;) but as I say these were little things

It was a stone’s throw from the station, it was right next to food places and down the road from a main supermarket. There were two comfy beds, the staff were exceptional for being helpful and completing a quick turn around for us in an emergency, and the fan was genuinely good in the midst of a heatwave.

Everything was in order for us.
