Location. Quiet. Balcony. Plenty of fans.. communication. Price.
Needs DIY attention. Shower not usable in holder. Shoots water straight horizontal and soaks bathroom. TV reception. Not enough cups and utensils. Dishwasher needs replacing.

It was such a lovely bright, spacious and clean apartment. We had 4 of us stay and it was perfect. It’s lovely and quiet where the apartment is situated and the area has a cool vibe. It is a bit of a walk to the tube but it’s all flat and nice through the park.
The walk to the tube station but it wasn’t that far really. I couldn’t fault the apartment it was lovely.

Nice spacious apartment. The kitchen was really nice and properly equipped, as was the bathroom and living room. The location of the apartment was good, and the area was really peaceful. Overall, a very comfortable stay!
Beds could be a bit more comfortable, and picking up the key and finding the actual apartment was a bit of a struggle. The bathroom was fine, but there was a bit of mould, and it felt a bit more neglected than the rest of the apartment (uncomfortable shower head), but nothing to really worry about.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and Anne was friendly and helpful prior to check-in, accommodating our requests. The stay was generally comfortable and the apartment itself was a good space.
The location is quite far from the centre and around a 15 minute walk from the nearest tube station. The building is a little tired and could benefit from better maintenance. The apartment was also quite warm, and the cooling device was not sufficient.
The checkout experience could have been handled better. We informed the host in advance on the morning of checkout that we would be slightly late and asked if that was okay. We understand the need to respect checkout times, but the communication felt unnecessarily rushed for a delay of only around 20-30 minutes. The cleaner arrived and started knocking, and we were asked to leave immediately while we were still packing. Some flexibility or better coordination would have made the ending of the stay much smoother.
