We stayed on the hottest night of the year and the fans were a bit useless. The bathroom needs a thorough clean as there was a nasty smell of old urine. The Sky box didn't work at all and the TV was set up in German which was a little tricky to restore.

The flat is very clean and spacious. It’s a nice neighbourhood, the apartment building is gated and very quiet at night. It is a short walking distance to the Queen Mary university and was perfect for our family to stay and celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Enough space for 5 of us to be comfortable. 10-15 min walk to Mile End tube station and further 10-15 to get to central London. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and Anne was friendly and helpful prior to check-in, accommodating our requests. The stay was generally comfortable and the apartment itself was a good space.

The location is quite far from the centre and around a 15 minute walk from the nearest tube station. The building is a little tired and could benefit from better maintenance. The apartment was also quite warm, and the cooling device was not sufficient. The checkout experience could have been handled better. We informed the host in advance on the morning of checkout that we would be slightly late and asked if that was okay. We understand the need to respect checkout times, but the communication felt unnecessarily rushed for a delay of only around 20-30 minutes. The cleaner arrived and started knocking, and we were asked to leave immediately while we were still packing. Some flexibility or better coordination would have made the ending of the stay much smoother.
