The location was great just be a little weary at night, as long as you are in a group just not alone it’s great, tons of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance, perfect for my friends and I to start our Europe trip off good.
No AC but to be expected, there is only one fan so just be prepared during summer. Other than the heat it’s a bit hard to find from the street and is up about 2 flights of stairs, worth it though.

The location was good
The staff did not provide the code upon arriving at the property, as well as not providing the right code on my final day, so I was stuck with the key, and could only leave after the cleaner showed up and took it, which made me miss my train home. Late at night some people repeatedly tried to open the entrance door. The kitchen fan above the stove was heavily damaged.
