has what you need, good location, good facilities. central to shoreditch so easy to find.
it's hot but aircon is not advertised, fans are provided but if it's hot, you'll be hot. upstairs is noisy but that's common in flats. i'd rather a keybox than having to collect from the shop

Le logement est propre, bien équipé, assez bien situé. Bonne connexion internet, disposant d'un ventilateur pour les fortes chaleurs, spacieux pour deux personnes. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Le manque d'isolation sonore. Concernant les bruits extérieurs d'une part, mais surtout ceux très élevés du voisin du dessus dont on entendait tous les déplacements et claquements de portes comme s'il était dans la même pièce que nous. Le propriétaire est conscient du problème et est compréhensif, mais ne peut en l'état rien faire. De plus, la communication avec notre hôte n'était pas fluide. Il est arrivé plusieurs fois qu'il ne réponde pas à nos messages, ce qui nous a quelques fois mis dans l'embarras.
