Location excellent - great for the Arsenal supporters amongst us and easy to get to tube station for travel into London. Bus route right on the door step, local convenience store close by and some decent eateries for breakfast too. Property although a little tired and would benefit from a little TLC. The garden area could be a little jewel too, just needed tided up a bit, grass cut etc - no biggie but it all adds to the overall experience. The apartment had all the equipment needed for a relaxing stay after a long day out and about. Beds were comfy especially the pillows. Kitchen area had everything you would need although we only used the fridge, kettle and coffee machine all ideal. The best part for us was the lovely hot powerful shower - this was fantastic and well needed after a long day in London and for our early morning wake ups. Communication before our stay was very good with prompt response when questions were asked.
The apartment was in an excellent location and as said could really benefit from some TLC - some little touch ups here and there but it did not stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay.

It started out on a bad note actually because the booked property had an issue. But we got an equally fit option even closer to the center. Open communication ánd real care ( breakfast provided, fast replies and problem solving,..)
It was a bit cold in the smallest room but that’s it really as extra bedding was also available!

Kitchen well stocked. The breakfast produce are a nice touch. Great amount of utensils however some paper towel and a tea towel for drying the dishes are needed. Very clean for the most part and well stocked with showering towels etc. Bedding and towels were immaculate ! Sparkling white. Well done to the cleaner who has this property very clean, excellent at their job. Beds comfortable (except "sofa bed"!) and lots of room in large bedroom however some of the rugs are trip hazards.
Big Issue with ants. Have informed host of this. Photos need updating as property no longer in this condition. Bathroom Tiles on floor need replacing, the cracks and holes are enabling the ants to enter! And needs a repaint by toilet area. Plug socket behind bed in small room - dangerous. Noisy heating system for anyone needing to stay in the living area, also pull out bed here needs replacing. Not fit for purpose at all. We had to use the cushions from the sofa to hold it up when laid out as a bed! It is not the sofa bed in photos. Bad smell on entering property due to poor ventilation. The jobs that need doing aren't huge and in my opinion should be done ASAP especially plug sockets that can be deemed as dangerous and holes being filled in places that it's visible ants are entering from. The small issues with a quick fix are what let's the place down unfortunately, a shame as there are great things about it too. Everything I've mentioned has been mentioned before in previous reviews so it's disappointing that things mentioned by previous customers months ago haven't been taken on board.
