FT3 Brick Lane

Location is fantastic! Comfortable room Our fridge didn't work and took 3 days to be fixed, it was an inconvenience, but the staff were great with arranging the replacement etc. Overall, the accommodation was great, and we would very happily- and hopefully will, stay here again

Small things .. but the shampoo dispenser was in a terrible position in the shower. Every time you move, you banged into it with your shoulder or elbow. Also, no hand holder for getting in/ over the bath, it was quite a high step.... when you're tired, it felt a little.... dodgy. But, as I said, these's are very small issues.

Great location, really comfy, easy access, good communication, clean, had everything you needed for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Non c’era il Miscelatore Doccia scendeva sempre acqua bollente!!!!!!!

It was centrally located, in a cosy and vibrant neighbourhood. We could reach central London within minutes by bus.

Sheets were dirty and the floors weren’t vacuumed at all. It was residue and dirt on and inside the shampoos etc. so we had to buy our own products. The smell from the bathroom was horrendous. We felt nauseous and dizzy whilst in there. We only got one set of towels in the midst of a heatwave, so had to buy our own as well. It was nearly 40 degrees inside when we arrived, and we almost collapsed due to the heat. There was literally no air inside the room. No such thing as proper ventilation. We got help from the cleaner to open the windows a bit, but we were struggling anyways. The walls were super thin and you could hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. The manager was rude when we left. He just stared at us, grinning whilst we were struggling to carry or 20 kg luggages down the stairs (which was a safety risk in itself, broken electric cords all over). The manager didn’t even say goodbye or thank you for staying with us, nothing. It was broken glass, underwear, knives and lots of trash outside the windows too.
