This place is in a good location in London and it was a good value for money. It was comfortable stay for 3 people, had a nice shower, small kitchenette and was well organised.
It could be an excellent place with some maintenance and effort put into it. Nowadays, it doesn't cost a lot to replace a mattress or a small pull out sofa (both extremely worn out and in bad condition) just for a little extra comfort for guests. Or to do a bit of touching up, it would matter a lot to a guest with minimal effort for a host.
