Having stayed around the area before I knew it was a great place for bars, shops and restaurants. Right in the heart of Brick Lane but the property is very quiet. Great, modern, clean facilities if you just need a base to explore the area from.

perfect location for the money (situated in Banglatown, which I’ve never heard of before, but it surprised us in a very positive way), walkable distance to centre, everything was perfectly clean, beautifuĺy designed (very small apartment for 4 people, but the composition of the room was so good that we didn’t mind at all! fully equipped kitchen and easy communication with the host
the refundable deposit was a bit high, but later I discovered that in the UK it’s quite normal and the money was returned only a day after we left, so it’s really not something to complain about. the stairs to the appartment were a bit steep and there’s no lift, but it’s not a problem for people with no mobility issues

Brick Lane Base was a very good choice for our short stay in London. The studio is in an excellent location directly on Brick Lane, close to plenty of restaurants, shops and convenient transport links, and it had all the facilities advertised for a comfortable stay. The property appeared clean and well maintained, the door-code access made entering the building simple and convenient, and the host was responsive whenever we contacted them.
There was nothing in particular that we disliked during our stay. It was a short but very pleasant experience overall.
