Good location to visit the town. Relatively low price considering the distance from the center. Quiet neighborhood and a good night's sleep.
Cleanliness left something to be desired, especially under the beds. Some of the furniture was faulty (particularly the wardrobes). Of the two bathrooms, only one had a toilet, while the other had only a sink and a bathtub. However, the biggest issue was the boiler breaking down (which can happen, of course!), combined with the delayed repair that left us without hot water for showers and washing dishes for about three days.
