Great historic building, amazing views of the lake, great restaurant and breakfast, staff very helpful
15min walk to Thun station but a bus outside the hotel so wasn’t an issue just so everyone is aware

the castle is located very far from the city and there is nothing near it.
the exterior and public areas are impressive and perfect for instagram photos. we had a room with very nice views.
all rooms don't have any refrigerators. we did not meet the friendly staff.
we didn't eat their expensive dinner. most disturbing - from early afternoon until dark all the park in front of the castle is full of many people in swimsuits and blankets making music, noise and even bbq. (all the area is public and it is not the fault of the hotel) - but instead to feel like in an elegant chateau in france you feel like being straight at the beach.
