Absolutely awesome location. Our room was exceptionally nice with a view that makes you stay forever Bathroom, linens size of room superb. Staff nice and helpful specially beautiful Eri Kyriakiclou who brought us extra pillows and a happy smile We have a new friend in Thun!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok and the view fantastic. Parking place was all good.

The noise from the street and some people did religious music starting from 07:30 a.m. which was also a bit over a normal noise level.

I would not recommend it.

Staff was indifferent to us (not including clearing staff). No emotion- did not seem to care less about us. We asked for a lake vie but got a side of the hotel with only a partial lake view. No alcohol served in hotel We did not know this in advance.

Beautiful yet somewhat disorganized lake shore hotel - nice basis for exploring Bernese Oberland

- Extremely beautiful location overlooking lake Thun. Choose a room with lake view, you will see the glaciers of Blümlisalp and mount Niesen overlooking the lake - Private bathing pier directly in front of the hotel, extremely clear water - Excellent food - Zero alcohol hotel - Bus stop Hilterfingen Kirche just outside of the hotel, bus line 21 servicing Interlaken and Thun so you do not need a car for sightseeing - Ferry stop Hilterfingen 5 minutes by foot on the lake promenade

- The lift was out of order for a full week which made life difficult for elderly guests on the upper floors - Electric equipment (lamps) was not functioning, attempts to repair it did not really work - Staff several times did not understand food / drink orders and brought wrong items - Room was not made up until 4 pm and one had to ask to accelerate room cleaning

Amazing views, descent breakfast for eggiterians, would be great to have desserts in breakfast though. Great lake views from restaurant. Room had eletric kettle, heater in bathroom for clothes. One bus stop for bus no 21 is very close. This location exceeded our expectations.

Location is 40 mins away from interlaken OST which was our center. With visitors buses were super crowded in morning and evening and we did not get to sit at all for entire 40 mins journey. If you have activities planned near interlaken, it might be little far. Location is close from Thun train station though. With views and hotel experience, we did not regret our stay though. As we were 2 adults, we were able to manage. With family and kids, it might be difficult to commute to interlaken.

We absolutely loved our stay here to the point where we considered rearranging the rest of our trip in order to stay lon

We arrived in Thun by train and took the boat here - the boat trip was quick and lovely and the boat stop for the town of Hilterfingen is just a few minutes walk along the water to the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were immediately warm and welcoming. We loved our room - we had a balcony off the bedroom and one from the living area and we spent lots of time outside enjoying the view. The hotel was quiet and we slept great here. In addition to the on-site restaurant, there were other great restaurants nearby including a Thai restaurant just down the street. We did not have a car and we got around easily by walking and by taking the boat. There were also frequent buses with a stop nearby. We loved exploring Hilterfingen and nearby towns and hope to return to the Hotel Bellevue au Lac in the future!

We enjoyed a beautiful ,relaxing couple of days here!

The location right on the lake was lovely, and there was a dining terrace to enjoy breakfast or dinner. The evening meals were excellent. There was a walkway along the lakeside to enjoy an evening stroll. Our room had a beautiful view over the lake towards the mountains. There was no difficulty parking, and the bus stop was just across the road.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Bellevue au Lac. The view from our room was very beautiful. With sight at the mountains and lake it is the best of two worlds. The personal was friendly and helpful. There is a lot to do in the region. With the panorama card you can travel by bus to many beautiful places.

The room was very spacious and clean. We booked a room with city view and could still see the lake from one window. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and didn't hesitate to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
