Not what is shown in the pictures. We were given a room in the separate building filled with spiderwebs. Rooms are small, low beds, no view of the lake, not worth it!

If you want to stay in a comfortable place. This is it. Its quite, beautiful. Praise for the staff is all i have. Even before i left LA, I called and was helped by Stephanie. She is the best. As a foreigner i needed guidance and she gave it... i followed it and had no problems. The restaurant is awesome.... the wait staff is down to earth friendly. As for the .... the room is spotless... Clean to perfection. Key words, FRIENDLY, COZY, LOCATION...

The hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Thun. However, the hotel is up about 200-300 feet above the road where you get the bus. Also, for a $450 room there was no phone, no mimnifridge or even a coffee maker in the room. There is hardly anyone at the front desk- the same staff manges the restaurant.

Speechless - not enough positive feedback can be given for this experience. The views, staff, food, walkability to town, easy access to marina, rooms with generous space and storage were truly indescribable. This one has been earmarked for any future visits to the Bern area.

Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and a short drive from all the sites of Thun and Bern. Would definitely stay here again in the future. The hotel also provided a baby crib free of charge.

Hotel is a little walk up the hill from the lake ferries -if coming from Thun or Interlaken - take a boat. Wonderful breakfast and dinners and a lovely view from our room. We walked to the lake (5 min) and went swimming with the locals.
