Mario came to the train station to help push 1 of my luggage bags the short distance to the apartment and carried them up the stairs to the apartment for me. It is a spacious and clean apartment located within walking distance to everything.
A screen door would be nice to keep any tiny flies out while letting more light in.

La presenza di zanzare ha disturbato un po’. Là disponibilità di un repellente ha mitigato ma non annullato il fastidio.

It was very easy to contact the manager to have the keys of the flat which was situated in a quiet part of Siracusa, but walking distance to the more touristy and buzzing Ortigia. Close to the railway and bus station, we could find supermarkets, cafés, good fish restaurants. We had a very nice relaxed time there.

Apartment located 3 min from the bus station. Walking distance to Ortigia and to the archaeological park. We stayed two nights here. Very quiet, has a central courtyard.
Bed was too firm and lumpy pillows. We didn’t really sleep well. Everything else about the apartment was good.
