Absolutely everything! Perfect location, everything exactly as described (or better) and the most welcoming, generous and friendly hosts we have had in years of travelling all over Europe as a family. Nothing too much trouble, communication from initial booking to our goodbyes was perfect - Mario and Jacopo truly made it feel like their wonderful apartment was “home” for our few days in Ortigia.
Genuinely could not criticise a thing.

Mario & Jacopo made sure we had everything we needed. They were excellent hosts. Location & facilities were excellent. Everything we needed for a 1 year old was provided.

Lovely location, in a historic building in a cute narrow street, very close to the sea and the duomo. Very comfortable, we enjoyed the sunset view from the roof terrace. The hosts were super helpful and kindly left so many drinks and snack for us! Would stay here again.
