Maniace Suite with terrace

The location of the property is beyond comparison however there needs to be some maintenance- the water system is spotty with the hot water taking a lot of time to come through. Management gave us early access to the unit so we weren’t met as we likely would have been otherwise. The suite lacks a home visitor guide - we only found the second story joint use terrace the last day of the stay. Wifi needs to be upgraded - we had intermittent and unpredictable access. The bed mattress should be exchanged for a new one. The entrance is via a drive way with three cars - several times we had to climb around the cars to get access to the suite and the last day was particularly difficult with luggage. We used to own a villa in the Caribbean and realize the difficulty in keeping places near sea water in good shape and we would highly recommend the unit if the maintenance is performed and maintained.
