Crowded and jam-packed as usual, with the same usual problems. You get exactly what you pay for.

The room's bathroom had a hot shower.

The Wi-Fi network is not even WIFI6, so disconnections, program-crashing lag and smart TVs not being capable of basic connectivity was everywhere. Also, the mini-fridge in my apartment was empty and unreplenished.

Unable to stay

My reservation was canceled and I couldn't talk to the hotel to let them know that I was on my way and that I would pay at check-in, in the end I couldn't stay and had to make my way In the middle of a rain, midnight on a Sunday. That is, unfortunately I have no way to evaluate the experience because you did not allow me to enjoy it.

Pleasant

I stayed there for three days and they didn’t clean my room at all. The room for 3 people were very very small and the bathroom didn’t have a locker in the door, so you didn’t have privacy.

The neighbourhhod, street was a bit run down. There was no duvet on the bed. The reception staff were not friendly at all, especially towards those that dont speak Portugese

Worst hospitality, disrespectful and lazy staff. Horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional receptionist services. Charged extra 97 Brazilian reais for water where they confirmed it was free of charge twice.
