Enchanting apartment located on the second floor of a hut surrounded by the nature of the woods of the natural park of Ortanella, in Esino Lario, a fascinating settlement formerly inhabited by Celts and Romans and nowadays appreciated for its memorable landscape views, for its proximity to the Grigna and the fascinating variety of trekking and cliff routes it offers, without forgetting to pay a visit to the interesting museum of the Grigne, rich in archaeological, faunal and botanical finds in the area.
The lake of glacial origin, mountains, valleys, rivers and paths surround the Ortanella park. You will be delighted by the dreamlike charm of this pearl of Italy.
The gate of the property will give you access to a mountain path that will lead you into the lush woods towards the Grigne, where you can go trekking, cliffs, via ferrata or less demanding routes, visit fascinating places, taste the typical Italian cuisine or simply enjoy relaxation in the Peace of Nature because here you are immersed in the wonderful forest where you can still hear Nature, silence and peace.
The apartment has 6 beds (1 double bed and a single bed in the first bedroom, 1 double bunk bed at the base + single above), kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, 1 pleasant terrace with table and chairs , parking area.

Lake Como has always been a popular destination for explorers, poets, artists, writers, actors and directors from all over the world.
The house is immersed in the natural park and the paths that lead to enchanting mountain destinations and shelters, a quarter of an hour's drive from the Cainallo cliff, 5 minutes by car from the town, 30 minutes from the lake and from Varenna, 10 minutes from Varenna to Bellagio by boat, about two hours (99 km) from Milan and Malpensa intercontinental airport, 85 km from Orio al Serio airport, 56 km from Switzerland, 49 km from Como, 37 km from Lecco, 34 km from Colico (windsurfing, kitesurfing, horseback riding, sailing). Possibility to rent cars, motorcycles and boats.
My staff and I live in a town near Esino, and we will be happy to be at your disposal, we speak English, Spanish and French discreetly.
We also take the opportunity to apologize to the kind customers about the unpleasant appearance of the house roof, as, as it is a condominium context, there are disagreements and therefore delays regarding the replacement of the same.
We also remind our kind customers that it is also possible to buy locally excellent traditional Italian wine and organic herbal products acquired directly from trusted suppliers.
The house in question is also home to a small exhibition space that is currently hosting the dreamlike paintings by Francesca Sacconi, a contemporary Milanese artist from the very important Academy of Fine Arts of Brera, you can contact the staff for purchase negotiations.
