Restful, scenic and well appointed.

Charming, comfortable apartment with amazing views of lake and mountains. Alice was friendly and helpful on our arrival. We loved sitting out on the balcony for a meal, enjoying the scene over Lake Como. The bathrooms were the best we had in 3 weeks in Italy. Quiet location, but close to a little supermarket, pastry ahop, and gelato shop (friendly shop keepers). Also close to the ferry stop. Crossing the lake by ferry was lovely, so we took it from Lierna to Lecco as part of our journey when we left. Amazing scenery! No crowds. We didn't want to leave!

perfetto place

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Lots of room, so everyone had their own space. The balcony is great with an amazing view. We ate every meal on the balcony and loved it. It's a short walk down to the lake, where there's some lovely swimming spots, where we swam at least 3 times a day. There are amazing mountain trails a short distance up behind the apartment, where we had a great time exploring and got to the very top. Lierna was nice and quiet when we visited. It has a good shop and lovely bakery and has plenty of restaurants, one just a minutes walk from the apparent. We had gelato everywhere we went, but I have to say honestly the best gelato we had was in the local gelato shop in Lierna. Also, there's a ferry you can catch to all the various more popular tourist spots around the lake.

If I had to nit pick, I'd say there isn't enough worktop space in the kitchen. But we managed fine. Overall, we liked this place very much and would definitely recommend it.

i really liked the view through all windows. Apartment is spacious, clean and even better than in the photos. It was not too hot or cold in the beginning of May in the apartment. very friendly and welcoming host. Good place to travel around the lake.

only small things could be improved: 1. it would be great to have water kettle 2. there were no shampoo or shower gel. Only very little liquid of hand soup

Mixed feelings due to water issues

It was a spacious apartment with a nice lake view. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived early and went off sightseeing. Giulia helped with answering my questions.

The property was presented as a house, so I thought we would be the only ones in it, but it actually was an apartment on the third floor (attic). Biggest discomfort was with hot water - even though host's father came to help us the first time to turn on the water heating (it was off initially), we had issues with the water frequently, either when 2 people were taking showers at the same time in different bathrooms, or even just one 1 person taking shower and water temperature alternating between hot and barely warm. Sink in one of the bathrooms was more of an "industrial" type for washing clothes rather than washing your face etc. Not the property's fault, but be aware that Como ferries/shuttles tend to be late oftentimes, so don't plan on taking the last ferry to Varenna to catch the last train to Lierna, as you may be late and then have to take a 20eur taxi or walk 7km to Lierna. Had I known this, I might have stayed in Varenna/Bellagio/Menaggio area instead.

Clean and spacious apartment with a great view.

+ great location + great view from all rooms + balcony + spacious + spotless clean + two bathrooms + big living room with a big table, sofa and TV. + great communication with the host

Only minor things which can be easily fixed: - It would be great to have a water kettle and more trash bags in the kitchen. - Microwave and coffee machine plugs were not compatible with the power sockets nearby. We had to move them closer to the socket near the fridge. - There was no liquid hand soap (empty bottle) and only one toilet paper (per bathroom). - Only one set of keys.

It's a very specious appartment with a stunning view over the lake. It is very clean and has everything you need. You can buy fresh bread at the local supermarket, 5 minutes walk. And also a 5 minutes walk to the waterfront. It's realy nice to sit there and overlook the lake. We would defenitily come back!

Amazing lake Como visiting spot.

Location is a bit up hill but with amazing scenic view to the lake! Train station is 5-10 minutes walking distance. About the same distance is lake, children play ground, mineral (firzante and still) water station. Restaurants.

Not related to the host or property it self. The only thing to shadow our vacation was train schedule that was changed due to covid and it was harder or impossible to get back to location from other tows at late evening. So we had to plan early site seeing. And dinners always in Lierna restaurants.
