Gostei da excelente localização, com uma vista excepcional para o Lago di Como. Gostei ainda de se dispor de toda a residência, podendo disfrutar do sossego do lugar.
A limpeza, especialmente no que respeita à roupa de cama, que apresentava sinais de ter sido usada e não ter sido trocada nem lavada. Uma das almofadas apresentava manchas de sangue. A tampa da sanita da casa de banho principal encontrava-se solta, tendo quase resultado em acidente num dos utentes. O acesso à residência é feito por uma enorme escadaria, que associado ao facto de um elevador de carga existente estar avariado, tornou o transporte das bagagens um pouco penoso.
