Stunning views from the windows in each room. Unit was larger than appeared in the listing. Homely feel. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely lounge area. Great location next to the ferry (Bellano is in the middle lakes area, which is convenient for ferries). Easy train access. Best beach in lake como a short walk away. Lovely town that works as a great place to explore lake como from and have a lovely non touristy place to return to. This unit is as good as it gets for a reasonably priced option in Como.
Water pressure was very low. Turning on a tap while in shower slowed it to a trickle. While there was no aircon, opening a window and turning the fan on cooled down the place enough, but this left the rooms subject to noise from the street. However, this died down mostly from 10pm and after a long day of exploring you don’t really notice.

Location is perfect for visit to Bellano and Lake Como. The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Beautiful views of Lake Como and the Alps. Close to cafes, ferry terminal and waterfalls. Bellano and zaparyment Lahgee have been repeat experiences for us.
There is no lift and plenty of stairs. A second bathroom woul be good for couples.
