Truly recommend for a family or two couples for a leisure trip at Como.

The location was ideal - maybe 100 from the beach. Very spacious with two gardens - in front of and in the back. Was very nice to sit in front of garden and have the evening sun. Restaurants and bars nearby. Equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful although we didn’t meet we got all our questions answered via Whatsapp.

We had a good stay—the location is perfect, right in front of the beach, close to the bus stop, and just a short walk from a small supermarket. The house is spacious, with a lovely garden, a large kitchen, and well-functioning air conditioners. Everything was great, and the host was very communicative and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the internet—it was extremely slow and often didn’t connect at all. That’s definitely something that could be improved.

The property is beautiful and has plenty of doors and windows. Felt safe to keep them open since it was inside the main gate. Images of the property reflects the reality. Lake is < 2 minutes by walk Kitchen is fully functional. The host is very friendly

Lovely apartment near to the beach.

The property is very spacious, it has everything you need to feel at home. It has two bathrooms and two terraces, one of them with mountain views. We enjoyed a lot.

Fijne plek, voldoende faciliteiten, veilige parkeerplaats, verblijf mag wel opgeknapt worden

Ruime slaapkamers, goede achtertuin, 3 airco's in slaapkamers en woonkamer, goede en veilige parkeerplaats voor de auto, ideaal en dichtbij gelegen aan het Comomeer, wasmachine.

Stroom viel regelmatig uit, appartement is eenvoudig ingericht, mag wel opgeknapt worden en wat luxer ingericht.

Eine Bar in 2 Gehminuten + Restaurant halbe Minute. Mittag und Abendessen gutes Essen und sehr nette Gastgeber hat uns Antipasto , süßes und Aperitivo auf Kosten des Hauses serviert.

Schönes, Großes Apartment mit Garten fast direkt am See. Man muss nur die Straße überqueren. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir bekommen eine Anleitung und ein Video per WhatsApp für den Zugang. Parkplatz direkt beim Apartment.

WIFI ziemlich langsam. Es gibt viele Stechmücken - Gelsenstecker oder Spray wäre gut gewesen.

Przepiękne okolice, dom totalnie wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba, polecam z całego serca!

Przepiękne miejsce, macie do dyspozycji dwa ogródki, w tym jeden ze stołem, krzesłami, leżakami i palmami! Do tego niczego nam w tym domu nie brakowało, a było nas aż 5 osób! Naprawdę chętnie wrócimy tam ponownie! Macie dwie łazienki, wszędzie było czysto, okolica po prostu piękna - nie da się tego wyrazić w kilku słowach! Apel do wszystkich Polaków i nie tylko: to świetne miejsce! Ponadto obok macie restaurację, gdzie stołuje się sama Jennifer Lopez czy też George Clooney! Blisko jest market, gdzie dostaniecie totalnie wszystko! Gospodarz bardzo miły i ciągle dostępny!

Ein Traum am See

Die Wohnung liegt nur 70 Meter vom See entfernt. Das ist schon perfekt. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht, bis hin zu Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt zwei Gärten und ausreichend Möbel dafür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das WLAN hat die meiste Zeit nicht funktioniert. Das ist erst mal nicht so schlimm. Da ich allerdings auch sehr schlechten Empfang mit mobilen Daten hatte, fand ich es schade, dass ich zeitweise keine Nachrichten verschicken konnte. Soll laut Angabe des Vermieters repariert werden.

Très bien

L’appartement est propre et spacieux. Il y a deux jardins, parfait pour les enfants. Il se situe en face de la plage de Lierna ( super pour admirer le coucher du soleil ) et d’une aire de jeux. Sa localisation est très bien, proche de l’embarcadère (la route à pied jusqu’à l’embarcadère est tout de même dangereuse avec enfants, car pas de trottoir). À quelques minutes en voiture de Varenna.

C’est un détail, mais on aurait aimé des coussins plus confortables sinon tout était parfait.

Week end en famille parfait

L'emplacement était idéal, Lorenzo accepte les chiens et ça c'est très appréciable, deux jardins c'est idéal, deux salles de bain c'est super. Les lits dans le salon sont très confortable. Un peux bruilland mais ya de quoi faire pour avoir le sommeil lourd. A proximité de tout, a 10min à peine de Verrana, pour prendre le ferry. Une petite plage accessible à pied. Parking privé, avec portail.

Le système électrique est plus ou moins défaillant, pas de télé et sèche cheveux en même temps, mais je l'ai signalé et avec le professionnalisme de Lorenzo le nécessaire sera fait.

Casa accogliente, comoda con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, con altri 2 posti letto in salotto. Ottimamente posizionata di fronte alla spiaggia di Riva Bianca a Lierna. Lorenzo è un host disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente consigliata!

Il wifi non funziona benissimo e la linea prende poco.

Nagy, tiszta, nagyon szép és jól felszerelt gyönyörű hegyekkel az udvaron, a tótól fél perc sétára.

Hatalmas, tiszta, jól felszerelt és nagyon szép. Az ágyak kényelmesek, az udvarok szuperek, a hegyek gyönyörűek! A tó fél perc séta.
