Spacious clean airy apartment, in a quiet area and in a great location close to the old town. We had everything we needed.

The apartment looked attractive at first glance and had a good layout for our group. We also appreciate Booking.com’s professional handling of our complaint and the compensation provided.

The cleanliness was far below expectations. The child’s bed had heavily stained bedding and a stained mattress protector, and we found dirt and stains in several other areas, including the microwave. What was even more disappointing was how the issues were handled. When we reported the condition of the bed, the owner focused on arguing that our 7-year-old child could sleep on the sofa instead of addressing the hygiene concerns shown in the photos. The staff member who came to inspect the apartment also appeared defensive rather than helpful. The stained mattress cover was not replaced but simply turned over and covered with a new protector. We were also told that some cleaning issues could have been handled by ourselves, which we found inappropriate as guests arriving at a supposedly cleaned apartment. In addition, the shower was not draining properly because a filter had been incorrectly installed. While the apartment looked nice at first glance, the cleanliness and the way guest concerns were handled did not meet acceptable standards.
