Well located. Safe area. One bed was excellent, huge, with a stiff mattress; the second bed was alright, with a too-soft mattress. Love the fact we could leave our luggage before check-in time. Tv was working, andylu can find channels in a variety of languages. The flat was clean.

Too many random things in the property, like kids' items or chairs. It wasn't a problem, but definitely not something I'd like to see during the holiday. It created a hostile feeling. Also, I had to urgently contact the property when we were at the door, as no information was provided in advance. Hairdryer is a bit unsafe to use, recommend not relying on it, and bringing your own.

The apartment was in an excellent location to the market square a 15 minute walk. Excellent Cafe below with a 14 minute walk to the Jewish quarter. Agnieszka and her team are absolutely the best perfect hosts you can ask for. Nothing is a problem and always on hand for questions or help with anything.

Perfect location. Nothing too much trouble. There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this booking and apartment.

Spacy, big rooms, big balcony, many things inside the closets, free parking under the building

Everything is old, mattresses are too soft, small fridge, air conditioner only in living room . The Window shutters in the one bedroom were totally broken and closed so we can’t use this room for sleeping. Some Ceiling lights were burned out in the second bedroom so it was so dark lighting in the room. No socket one one side of the bed - it is totally inconvenient and unacceptable

The apartment looked attractive at first glance and had a good layout for our group. We also appreciate Booking.com’s professional handling of our complaint and the compensation provided.

The cleanliness was far below expectations. The child’s bed had heavily stained bedding and a stained mattress protector, and we found dirt and stains in several other areas, including the microwave. What was even more disappointing was how the issues were handled. When we reported the condition of the bed, the owner focused on arguing that our 7-year-old child could sleep on the sofa instead of addressing the hygiene concerns shown in the photos. The staff member who came to inspect the apartment also appeared defensive rather than helpful. The stained mattress cover was not replaced but simply turned over and covered with a new protector. We were also told that some cleaning issues could have been handled by ourselves, which we found inappropriate as guests arriving at a supposedly cleaned apartment. In addition, the shower was not draining properly because a filter had been incorrectly installed. While the apartment looked nice at first glance, the cleanliness and the way guest concerns were handled did not meet acceptable standards.
