The location is very convenient, close to the train station and with easy access to tram and bus connections. It makes getting around the city very simple. The area is also quite quiet, which is a big plus.
The building itself is more modern than most of the surrounding ones, and the apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it felt practical, clean, and well prepared.
The only downside was the second bedroom. It is essentially a bed fitted between walls, with very little space (around 10 cm) between the bed and the sliding door, which makes it quite tight.
That said, the bed itself was very comfortable, so it’s a minor issue depending on how you plan to use the space.

Good location, the flat was very good equipped and clean.
There were no windows in the flat so it was all time dark inside. The only one window is actually the front glass door that must be covered by blinds anyway. Otherwise other people from the building may see you. Water in the shower could heat only up to 38 degrees and for me it was definitely too cold and the pressure of the water was too low. I think the price for the apartment is too high for what you get.
