The location and how quiet it was. It was close enough to a convenient store to buy small items and a cafe was also there. It was 4 minutes of a walk from the flat I was staying in. Then of course how close it was to the shopping plaza and train station.
The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable.

Everything is really great! Location, apartments are super good. :) Cute place for breakfast, it was delicious and cozy. :)
Everything is perfect, except the bed. mattress was way too soft for us.

Location was 15min walk from city centre and cafe where you have breakfast is around the corner-food was lovely! And staff spoke excellent english and were very polite. Good breakfastselectionon fixed menu!
Definitely not luxury as stated. Cleaners and team need to pay a little more attention to detail. Batteries in remotes not working, no bulbs in bedside lights. Could not close bathroom door, so no privacy when showering or going to toilet. Shower door very dodgy and broken kitchen cabinets. Was a lot of money for things that could be easily rectified and should have been picked up on general clean/maintenance! Very disappointing!!
