Bed&Bath Luxury Apartments

Everything was wonderful! Staff are super helpful! Location to train and the shopping mall is a quick 2-3 minute walk. Apt is extremely clean and we had a super awesome stay!

The apartment beautiful, looks new, very well located (5 min walking from the Central Train Station) in a quiet and safe area. Super clean, well equipped and modern furniture and household appliances. A lovely courtyard, with benches and plenty of greenery.

The sofa in the kitchen was broken; the backrest came away from the seat when leaned on it. Even with the windows closed, the noise from the motorway could be heard; better soundproofing would be recommended. The curtains in the bedroom, although black, do not block out the light; as soon as dawn breaks, the room is completely lit up. No cloths for cleaning the kitchen worktop and hobs, nor a tea towel, were provided; it was difficult to manage with just the mini sponge and a roll of paper towels. Also a spare bin bag would have been useful; a single bin bag for a four-day stay seemed insufficient.

Location was close to the train and tram station. Very spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and there were a lot of restaurant around.

Building was still under construction so there was a lot of dust and noise. Bathroom smelled very bad.

Location was 15min walk from city centre and cafe where you have breakfast is around the corner-food was lovely! And staff spoke excellent english and were very polite. Good breakfastselectionon fixed menu!

Definitely not luxury as stated. Cleaners and team need to pay a little more attention to detail. Batteries in remotes not working, no bulbs in bedside lights. Could not close bathroom door, so no privacy when showering or going to toilet. Shower door very dodgy and broken kitchen cabinets. Was a lot of money for things that could be easily rectified and should have been picked up on general clean/maintenance! Very disappointing!!
