"Naming Cozy apartments cozy was a right choice, because area, distance to the OldTown, amenaties like number of available sleeping spots and parking and staff were all great. It's really great value"

Pretty decent lack of sound isolation in the flat. We didn't hear our neighbours, but when we were in any room we could hear even when the water heater was working in the bathroom.
