Great receptionist. Quiet location near the train/bus station. Good standard though some details need fixing. Comfy bed and sofabed. No noise from flats around. Good shower. Small food shop nearby. Easy connection with the historic town centre by tram. Trams and buses free for elderly.

Nice modern apartment, good shower, clean, comfortable bed.
A few minor things in the apartment, namely the duvet could have been a bit wider for the bed size, the curtains didn't cover the full width of the main window, and also the office where you check in is a bit of a walk from the apartments themselves.

Great location. Good facilities in the apartment (not quite as amazing as the photos). Excellent comms from the hosts. Really nice cafe on site (Blossom). Really close to central train station and galleria krakowska. Walking distance to town centre. All in all, really good!
Beds not the most comfortable: In our rooms there was no space up the sides of the beds, so nowhere to set a glass of water and difficult to get in and out of. No full length mirror. Various maintenance items that I won’t list here.
No uk tv channels and no smart tv (so no Netflix etc).

The apartment complex is gorgeous, it was in a lovely location a short walk from the city and it felt very safe and secure. Also lots of amenities nearby like a shop and a cafe right at the doorstep. The bathroom was also really cool.
The room was a bit disappointing. The bed had no headboard and the bedroom itself was cheap. The paint on the surface of the bedside lockers was all chipped and together with the lack of headboard and tiny pillows it was very far removed from ‘luxury’ as stated in the title.
