Whether floating on the clear, spring-fed river, fishing in a trophy trout area, or taking a scenic mill tour, you are destined to have a great time in the heart of the Ozark's. Take a getaway on your road bike or sports car with our Ozark Mountain Mills Route with many scenic stops and fabulous restaurants. You will never leave pavement. Or, if you prefer off-road riding, we have a route just for you! The ride is beautiful any time of year, but especially in the fall.

- This beautiful five bedroom cabin is fully furnished, with linens,
complete kitchen, WIFI, TV's, and quiet surroundings.
- Sleeps up to 13.

Bedroom 3: 1 queen (master)
Upstairs:
Bedroom 4: 3 twins
Bedroom 5: 1 queen

- Very nice restaurant just down the hill from the cabin.
- Just 15 minutes away from Hodgson Mill and another 20 minutes Rock Bridge Mills is a beautiful drive and a must see. Maps are
provided in the cabin which makes it easy to site see or just plan a
leisure day of floating.

The house, owner and area is awesome. You are about a half mile from Dawt Mill Resort, which has a public access to the river. Relaxing week for sure.

We had a fine stay while we were there. It's actually 45 minutes from rockbridge mill and trout ranch. I think if you are considering staying staying here you should know it's not just a few minutes down the road. The decor is cute in the main room but the bedrooms lack any feeling of comfort or warmth. Pretty bare and the bedding wasn't great. It didn't get this overwhelming feeling of clean. The cups provided were pretty dirty and grease smudged with fingerprints. The inside of the oven was covered in food. The outside grill provided was a mess. It's smelled like something died in it. It was completely unusable in our opinion. No hair dryer was in the house even though it stated one was provided. Not a big deal but just a heads up to bring one. No check in or check out instructions were provided which was weird. We "VRBO" frequently and owners are usually pretty particular about how you enter and exit their properites. Lastly, the TV remote was taped together pretty horrendously and you could barley make the buttons work. Again, not a huge deal but... buy a new remote.
Overall, it was okay I guess. I'm not one to write bad reviews but I feel like this posting was pretty misleading for what it was.
