heather was great and helpful. the grounds lovely as always and rooms clean . I’ve stayed several times over the years here when Im in the state.

The double bed in the rooms were so noisy and uncomfortable.

Very nice landscape and views from hotel! Wonderful rocking chairs, outdoor fireplace and hammock. We loved the landscape. Our room was enough but would have liked to have sincere communication. We asked for an electrical kettle and got a positive answer but then we there was no kettle in the room. Then we asked for extra towels and got no answer for this. It would have been nice to have seen a receptionist at leas at some time.

The location was right in town where i expected it to be. Apart from the hotel view, you walk around the end of the hotel rooms and walk around back it was a pretty mountain view. The Staff seemed pretty friendly. The a/c worked great!

This location does not provide breakfast. The drink vending machine was out of order. The bathrooms need to be updated. The rooms still have the outdated tile on walls, floor, and shower. The shower head needs to be raised. I'm 5ft 4fin and it was at my face height. So a little uncomfortable having to bend down to wash my hair. The host needs to add more photos of the hotel rooms and bathroom so customers can see what they are booking.
