This is the third time staying with this property, as with all the other stays, our stay was wonderful, there has been upgrades to the outside of the property such as a gas fire pit, and new patio furniture since our last stay. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the swimming hole, boat ramp and playground. The fenced in back yard and doggie door was great, my fur babies has just as much fun as us human. I would recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

This property was just what we were looking for, for our trip. It was comfortable, functionable, beautifully decorated and in a wonderful location. We brought our dogs and the backyard was great! I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Cotter or the surrounding areas!

Excellent accommodations, one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in during our travels. Very comfortable furniture and, all modern amenities in the kitchen, amazing patio and fire pit. Very enjoyable recovery pad after long days on the river!We will definitely be staying here again!
