We had great family vacation. We rented the penthouse and if was big and comfortable with nice balcony. The only negative thing was the check in dest is located around 3 miles away. I asked for extension for one more night but unfortunately the room was booked and mu request was rejected and i was asked to check out.

Was told the room was ready to check in drove 10mins to the other location where the room was located unloaded all of our luggage to the 5th floor to just find out the room hadnt even been cleaned from the last person that stayed there had to reload all of our stuff and drive back to other location just for them to do the exact same thing again to us finally the 3rd time they found a clean room staff was terrible room was not a penthouse style room as described this place is a joke never stay here again wouldnt even leave the 1 star if i could leave a review without it!!!

The room was clean and comfortable! The parking lot cats are awesome! Gave us entertainment at the condo... The T.V. does need updated. It would have been nice to cast and watch our Hulu account...direct TV lacked. The staff at check in was super friendly.

It was a clean as spacious room and accommodated my families needs. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant is that the air wasn’t really working. It got up to 78 degrees and stayed warm until late, late evening. Other than that, it was great!!

The property and rooms were very clean, the front desk staff was great. The only issue I had with the entire trip was the “concierge” desk. They are not there to help you find events and attractions to see, they are there to try to sell you on a timeshare. After saying no thank you at least 6 times they continue to try and push you to sign up. They had finally given up after a few minutes and I thought I wouldn’t have to deal with it the rest of the trip, but I was mistaken. I received a call the next morning saying they had forgot to give me my parking pass so I need to come back to the concierge desk to receive one, while they were saying this to me over the phone I was looking directly at the parking pass hanging on my windshield. The actual staff of this property is great but the makeshift sales staff they have is a complete joke.

There was a fire check in the day and then that night the fire alarm went off. We had to leave the room and stand outside waiting for fire truck. Took about 30 min. No one from guest services even checked on us or offered an apology.

Pools on property were closed so you have to drive to a sister property for a pool. Get ready for a barrage of sales pitches for tickets and to listen to a timeshare sales pitch. They were persistent. Speed limit on property is 7 miles an hour. Security golf cart guy laid into me for going 15 miles an hour. Unit was clean and bedding was comfortable.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a little well used but still acceptable. It was very quiet until our last night. The neighbors that checked in stayed up until 2:00 am yelling and banging. I realize people are on vacation but should be a little more considerate. We should have been told we couldn’t check in at our property regardless of the time we got there. Had to go to Grand Crowne Resort to do our check in. Very inconvenient when you have been traveling all day and you’re tired.

The instructions provided for check in were wrong. The proprty was bought by Grand Royal Resort and we had to go there to check in. We were sent to another desk for a parking pass and we got talked into a "vaction package." Upon reading the fine print in the email it stated we had to attend a seminar. The dude told us "we aren't like the other people." This was our very short honeymoon. We didn't come to Branson for the tourist part, we wanted to explore and have fun in a bigger area. Branson has a lot to offer despite being the off season, anyway. We get to our room and it's wonderful. It was clean and exactly what we wanted. A nice space WITH a jacuzzi tub. We relax all night and get settled in. Next morning making breakfast and we get a call, the building we were in had something wrong with the fire suppression and we had to be moved to building H. Someone showed up with keys to building B. Crap. It was crap. The building was packed. There were several other buildings, but we were all piled into one. There was no jacuzzi tub. The room was rush cleaned. Hairs all over the bathroom. We were staying one more night in a crappy room. We could hear our neighbor perfectly and smell what they were making for dinner. I personally felt like I had to be quiet so we didn't upset anyone. The original place we booked with also had to move our reservation, but we requested a refund. I should have done the same with these guys when we were told we had to be moved.

We really liked having a large condo and balcony for our stay. The pool was enjoyable and a good temp during our stay. It is also very nice being right near the strip. The room felt a little outdated and the gym wasnt in great condition. The property had a bit of an old vibe.

The condo screams 1990 needs updating carpet was worn , wife said not clean enough. I did enjoy the bed very comfortable. Elevator makes scraping noise when you get to third floor and floor in it needs replacing. Hard to find because it’s by another and lighting outside not great.

The condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for our stay. The check in process wasn’t the easiest. The front desk staff was friendly but seemed to be overwhelmed. The individual for the parking pass was not friendly. Felt like I interrupted his snack. When I asked why he needed my phone number again, he was rude.

I reserved a 2-bedroom suite for my friends and I to stay for a long weekend, attending a conference. My friends and I were stunned to find the room surpassed all expectation. The room was truly beautiful, the beds (even the sofa pull out) were beyond comfortable, and the showers/bath were as if in a sound-proof shell. My friend used the shower directly against my bedroom and I couldn't hear the water at all! Amazing! And the Carriage Place is centrally located, yet off the beaten path. I'll definitely stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

The property was nice, however I was unaware that it is associated with a timeshare group. I found out about the timeshare and the required presentation after I checked in and got my parking pass...I wasted 2.5 hours at the presentation and I was not happy.

It was a beautiful property. Loved the spaciousness of the 2 bedroom, the balcony off of the master bedroom & the separate jacuzzi tub & shower. It is a timeshare so if you don’t want to do a meeting, tell them no. I had 3 grandkids with me so I didn’t go to a meeting. I did take the kids to do a craft, they made slime. Then my older grandaughter went to make a tye dye shirt. They enjoyed the activities, the pool & the playground. We stayed 3 days, would stay again!

This place was a great value. It was very spacious and convenient. The pool was nice, there is also an arcade with some fun games. The location was close to a lot of Branson activities on the strip. Overall I would recommend this for a family wanted to spread out for an affordable price in Branson.

The check in was slow. I waited while the worker was on the phone. There was another person there, but she couldn’t check me in. We had a maintenance problem and I kept getting a busy signal. In the morning, my husband went to find help. The last night we were there, our upstairs neighbors were very loud, with kids running around like a herd of buffalo, doors slamming and furniture moving around midnight. I tried to call security but got that same busy signal. Finally after trying different buttons I got the front desk of their other site who said he would contact security. I don’t know if they came because it was a long time before it got quiet! Otherwise, we enjoyed the property.

We had a great experience here for our small family of 4. It was close to everything, but still gave us a being secluded since it was kind of hidden away from the bright lights of the strip. We were very pleased to see a giant jet tub in our room. The bedroom was separate from the living area so that's a bonus for anyone traveling with children. They had their space & we had ours. We also enjoyed having our own little private patio. 2 bathrooms were also a plus! The outside pool was small but actually perfect for us with our kids just learning to swim. The spa hot tub was nice. The premises were very charming with a nice little water feature- 2 fountains & a creek. We will definitely be staying here on trips to come!
