My two children ages 8 & 13 and I have been driving around the Midwest enjoying the last bit of summer before school starts. I accidentally booked a room for this establishment, bur I was pleasantly surprised as I walked in the office to check in on Sat night. The owners are a very nice couple and because of how they treat their customers, we'll come back here to stay. The room was a basic 2 queen setup with a round table and 2 chairs along with a large dresser with drawers. There's a small fridge, a microwave and a coffee pot. We had a great time enjoying the pool each evening after our daily adventure. Even after a day at the water park they still wanted to swim after that! As I mentioned, the people are great and the breakfast was scrumptious! I thought it a bit odd to have to pay an extra $5 for the hot foods that every other hotel has for free, but it was wonderful and after the first morning, I didn't mind. Because the cost of another hotel would have been a lot more than it was here.. If you're looking for a basic room (we really only slept there), with cold AC that kept us cold without a loud noise, and a good breakfast fir even the picky kids, stay here. You won't regret it. There's not even an alarm click or phone in the room. You can really turn off the world and enjoy your stay...

Upon check in, I noticed rooms were filthy. There is a large gap under the door, poop on the walls, curtains won't shut and no blinds, stinky, bed sheets stained with blood and hair all over.
Breakfast is not free unless you enjoy stale sugary cereal or a bag of gv bread everyone sticks their hands in.
Its $5 for one biscuit and gravy or one small waffle.
Hotel and customer service won't help.
