The hotel itself was a little cosmetically dated. However it was clean and the location is great. What made our stay amazing was the INCREDIBLE STAFF. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE SAW WAS SO HAPPY AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!! I do a lot of traveling and I can honestly say this is the best hotel experience Ive ever had. Could use some cosmetic updates tho. I plan to call the GM to let them know how wonderful and pleasant their staff is!!

I loved the clean rooms, good breakfast, workout room, and staff were all amazing. The room had a fridge and microwave. Ice cold AC which is important.
The hotel is a bit outdated. Not a huge issue though. This is why it was rated a 9/10 instead of 10

The staff at breakfast area was a blessing
They double charged me, still havent gotten my refund and beds were horribly uncomfortable, pull out sofa wasn't level, pillows flat
