Friendly staff, Great location. Terrible room accommodation- all fixtures are falling apart & “patched” back together, door handle hanging on it’s last thread, the toilet paper holder broken, the towel rack is half pulling out of wall- if you use it, it will fall out. Shower head absolutely unstable. Bed super uncomfortable & springs literally pop aloud w/every movement. Bunkbed ladder is half glued coming undone as it’s sticking out from nails- unsafe. Blanket balled up & pilled. Random hairs & earring back in bathroom…. Definitely not worth *** “value”.

We loved the place kids enjoyed their self yes we will be Colin back again the lady at the front desk was so friendly and nice love her . The rooms was nice and clean

We were in a pickle, having to change our hotel location the day we got to Branson. We ended up finding the Branson Waterpark Hotel, thankfully they had room for us. The staff were all phenomenal and so kind. We will definitely try our best to book here when we come back to Branson.

First night we arrived the pool was closed, they did give us a free breakfast. The next day it was opened but just a small area you could be. The showers were horrible. The maids came in to clean the room and just left clean towels . Did not clean anything or make the bed and it was for the 3 days we were there. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor had to go down a floor.
