The location was perfect! We were able to get a taxi service for pick up. The room stayed nice and cool! The staff was helpful and I was able to get what I requested.

I have no complaints about the property.

It was convenient to everything and parking was easy. Room was exactly as described and clean. And the price was great

I appreciated how friendly staff was, answered all the questions that I had and seemed willingly to meet any accommodation requests I had if I were to have made any. The location is pretty convenient and so is parking on site.

The power went out right before I was going to shower (around 8pm). I was told it wouldn't come back on until 1am, so I went back home as I was about an hour away. I was told to email the owner for refund information. We went back and forth about me getting a refund, I got half of what I paid for back despite their website saying no refunds so I appreciate that. However, I was told it was my fault for not knowing that power usually comes back on pretty quick in the area (it did end up coming back on an hour and a half after I left) but how was I supposed to know that, as I'm not a native to Eureka Springs. I wasn't going to wait an hour and a half to get ready to go to bed. Another thing, the room doesn't come with a table so if you're trying to have dinner in the room, don't.
