I wish we would have had a ground floor room. The pool was very nice and relaxing.
Took forever to get hot water, crack under the door that went out back was about inch from floor to door. Could have used more wash clothes.

Such a cute and cozy location! I loved the rooms and the back porch facing the woods it was so peaceful in the morning. The restaurant was great and all the staff was very friendly. I love the aesthetic of the rooms. I picked this hotel based off the vibes and am so glad I did. It was a great location not too far from all of the attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet.
The towels were a a bit small. I don't mind at all there was no room service during the stay, I'm all for environmental sustainability! I just wasn't aware of that and we had to ask for fresh towels as it was humid so they didn't dry from the previous day.

Very competitive rates. Very friendly staff. Very convenient to downtown Eureka Springs.
The motel/rooms we had access to were def ran down and not what online pictures conveyed.
There were crevices in doorways to outside, large enough to let in any kind of insect or whatever else could crawl in. The bathroom window didn’t lock, the carpets were stained, any time there was activity outside my door (kids running by)… the floor would bounce in my room. There wasn’t a lot of insulation- could hear everything going on outside.
