We would not stay here again. It was an awful nights sleep and just overall awful

The location was good and the room was clean

Our room was on the bottom floor and you could hear absolutely ever move the person above you made. It literally sounded like they were wearing heels or boots and just constantly moving. The shower was awful, the shower curtain stuck to you the entire time and the shower head felt like a pressure washer. It was so bad that I could not stand under the water very long without it hurting, let alone put my face under the water.

We didn’t have any dislikes about the property. The only disappointment was we where told about an onsite cat named Pickles and we didn’t get to meet him this stay 😉

Old motel that has been painted. Sleepable, but not comfortable.

Great location. Super friendly staff

Super thin walls. Could hear every step from the people above. The toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Last day, there wasn’t any hot water so we couldn’t take a shower. No ice machine on premise.

Cozy room in an ideal location.

The room was super comfortable. The decor was so pretty and you could tell they put a lot of thought into making it nice. We loved having the balcony for hanging out and relaxing.

Having ice would have been nice - maybe bigger ice trays in the refrigerator. Also, it would be nice to have the option of turning off the light over the balcony.

Clean Room, Quiet area in the Christmas season.

The property was close to Silver Dollar City and it wasn’t noisy. The balcony view was pretty. The room was clean.

The balcony view, while pretty, was not what I was expecting. I thought there would be a larger view. I was only able to see the woods. The mattress was not a type that we liked. It was like one huge piece of foam and it made for challenging movement. If you sleep near the side of the bed, you feel as if you will roll off. Make sure to pay attention to the description. There were photos that showed a big kitchen area and a fireplace. That is not in the rooms. The facility is a “no contact“ facility. If that is your style, then enjoy. I prefer to interact with people.

The room was comfortable and liked the sink outside the bathroom.

The water heater in the room ran all the time and the shower curtain needed weights to keep curtain off of you taking a shower and to keep water inside tub.

wonderful.

no breakfeast, if there was, I was unaware of it . The only thing I could say is th back gounds could be clean from pollution which was not a lot but noticable and there could be a iron and board in the room.

The back porch was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. More lighting over by the thermostat control would be nice, like a tall lamp or something for when you sit in the chairs to have a softer light to work on computer, read etc. Otherwise the host was very nice, easy to reach and responsive. The location although off a frequently traveled busy road was actually quiet and peaceful. Car to door for carrying luggage was minimal which was also great. Bathroom was well lit and the white gives off a wonderful glare for applying makeup and shaving. I would recommend this property .

The best option!

The lofts were a fantastic place to stay! Price is great for the location. The room was comfortable and exactly what we needed. The staff were very nice! There isn't anyone on location, but I received a text the morning of and received my instructions for check-in.

The only thing I can find to critique is that the floors were a bit dirty. Other than that, it was great!

I would definitely stay again!

I liked the back patio’s view, the location, and resident kitty Pickles. The decor was cute and the AC worked really well!

No smoking, even on the balcony. The coffee was no good and there was no real sugar :( we were the only people there, so it wasn’t an issue this time, but I would be worried about thin walls in the future if it’s booked up.

Nice and Quiet in the Fall

Nicely remodeled property. The balcony on the top floor is nice and peaceful.

The beds had a mattress pad that was smaller than the mattress. I let management know that they were not comfortable.

The room was clean and included a small refrigerator and Keurig, which was nice. Staff was friendly and the location was close to SDC.

It was inconvenient not to have access to an ice machine. We were given a room on the bottom floor so we had to park and enter on the back side; not a good feel. The folks above us were VERY loud and lots of heavy walking and jumping most of the night, which made for a very long night. It would appear more insulation is needed to help control the noise and hearing other folks conversations.

Location was nice, easy to get to and always had parking spots.

We had a bottom floor room, the people above us were very loud during the night. You could hear every word and every footstep from up above, kids were running up and down the room. Needless to say sleep was affected. We were moved the last night which was much better.

There was a serious noise issue due to the light wall and flooring. You could hear the squeaking sound when you yourself walk. To worsen the situation we had a large group of guests who checked in after 10 pm and walked, ran, talked throughout the entire night up to seven am. Our group in 3 different rooms stayed up the whole night.

Great location, staff, and room, but could be looked into for air& noise for bottom rooms.

The room was clean. We liked the smart tv. The location was nice- close to Silver Dollar City. We had a minor issue upon arrival- the host was VERY accommodating— offering to drive over and fix the issue. Great customer service!

The room never seemed to cool off to my liking. Admittedly, I am one that struggles with the heat when I sleep. It wasn’t as much of an issue to my husband, but the room never got below 74. Biggest complaint- we had a bottom room. We heard ALL/EVERY bit of the foot traffic/dropping of items/everyday noise from the occupants above us. I have never experienced noise from another room as much so as this. Like I said, it was ALL noise. The checkout date - or what I assume was- was the worst. We just left as soon as we could- there was no sleeping ://. The air was doable- the noise was more of an issue. Again- there were many things we really liked. But these things could definitely be looked into. :)

Room was very comfortable and clean

Pool not open and also the many flying bugs meeting us at the door every night when entering room and them coming in also to stay . There needs to be a better way to have the light not above the door or a bug zapper to not have us fighting to get in and them stay out. My sister was in another room and they unscrewed there bulb

Beautiful and cozy

As soon as we stepped foot in the room it smelled so fresh and clean! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The walkout balcony had a gorgeous view It was less than five minutes from Silver Dollar City which was a plus! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
