It was a relaxing and fun getaway trip. We loved it.

The view and facilities made it very easy to rest and relax. We also enjoyed the restaurant and it was one of the better meals I had in a long time. We loved it!

The stay was great! I loved that they had literally everything you need to survive on if you were going to stay for a long term stay. All you have to do is grocery shop. The view was amazing the room was amazing. I loved it and would stay again. We did cut our stay short 1 day cause the fiancé had to go back to work. Bummer, BUT we got a baby kitten out of the deal and we was so happy about that. We did try to find the owner of the kitten and one of the workers said they couldn’t have the kitten there cause they got a bad review which was crazy! Oh well! Their loss and our gain!

Great mid-week getaway that exceeded our expectations

Checked in at 4pm - check in was in the restaurant. Very friendly staff and helpful reminders about needing dinner reservations. Cabin was close by and the AC was already on (yay!) The cabin had a full size stove, dishes and a fridge/freezer. The bathroom attached was also full sized with a shower stall, toilet and sink. The view! *sigh* was amazing. The back porch sitting area looked right over the lake. Sunset was on our left, so we were able to sit out on the porch with a glass of wine and watch the light fade slowly over the lake. It was relaxing and magical. The room had a queen bed and a twin (great for when we come back with our 17yr old). Check out was at 11. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner but not breakfast, so if you don't want to drive into town, bring breakfast fixings and cook in the cabin on the full sized stove. We will definitely be back!
