we absolutely loved our stay here! we spent a lot of time on the back porch overlooking the river. the beds were comfy. the kitchen had everything we needed. check in/check out was easy breezy. communication with owner was awesome too. HIGHLY recommend staying here. we will be back for sure :)

I left a longer review last time we stayed. Great place. Less than 2 mins from dry run creek. Kids caught 15 trout from the dock too. Super clean. Brand new. Very comfortable. My last review, I mentioned pictures being from the Buffalo River. I realized later that that is a VRBO mistake, not a listing mistake. After I booked, VRBO showed a picture of a different river in “my trips”. But it’s not a listing error. Just wanted to correct my previous review. Great place. Will stay here over and over. Thank you!

We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised with this property. Everything is brand new, super clean, and very comfortable. The location to Dry Run Creek was amazingly convenient and our kids were also able to catch fish right off the dock. We booked it kind of last minute and didn’t know how nice it would be. We were extremely happy.
The only thing that made me not give 5 stars across the board was communication with Evolve. Prior to our stay, I sent 2 messages to Evolve and did not get a response. It was not any big deal, but I’d want to know if I was the property owner.
There was one picture in the listing that’s of Steele creek on the Buffalo River, which is not near this location. For a non-local, that could be a bit misleading. And you have to search the listing to see that it’s a 2 unit property. That was why I have 4 stars on accuracy.
We loved the place. We plan to book again this winter. Thank you for letting us stay.
