The hospitality is beyond words, felt like being in a typical traditional Georgian setting! The host brought me some freshly baked tradition salty cheesy pastry. Thanks 🙏 I loved that I had the place to myself and it was very clean. Wifi worked superbly well. Overall, I'm a very easy -peasy and humble traveler thus everything was agreeable. I'd recommended to like-minded travelers. It was 20+minutes walk to downtown but pretty safe and easy to get there once you learn the main Tbilisi street

I love a firm bed/mattress and the beds were a bit soft and I just took the two mattresses and out them on the floor and did a bit Japanese style bedding and slept super comfortable.

В одном из отзывов ранее было сказано: "как у бабушки в деревне". Поддержу данное мнение. Со всеми его плюсами и минусами. "Как у бабушки" тут все - от мебели и постели и до вида из окна. Отдельный небольшой домик на тихой улочке. Но соседский петух вас разбудит очень рано :) Мы приехали около 3ч ночи, нас заселили, в ответ на вопрос о возможности где-то поблизости купить еду в это время хозяйка гостеприимно угостила нас хачапури. До центра пешком минут 20, можно на автобусе (наверное).

Очень холодный пол в домике. Отопление включено, но почему-то это не помогает. Унитаз очень неустойчивый, будьте аккуратнее.

If you want to get the feel of famous Georgian hospitality, this place is right for you! The location is nice, you can walk to the city center in around 10-15 minutes, soaking up the great views of the streets of Kutaisi. The facilities are decent, there’s a beautiful garden as well.

Amazing place. We had the whole apartment for our self and we felt really like home. The owner was really nice and we even got free georgian dish in the evening. They where really helpful and tried there best to make us enjoy the stay. Also really close to some supermarkets and 20min to town city.
