Excellent location in the heart of Kutaisi with easy parking. Got a comfortable little apartment that was perfect for a family of four. And at this price, I can't think of a better option.

The kitchen is nice
The price is also good
The appartment (especially the two bedrooms) have a bad smell, I wasn't feeling comfortable at all.
In general, I had a bad feeling staying there, it was creepy somehow.
I didn't expect to have the whole appartment for myself, on booking they sell it as a room.
In case there are other guests in the other room, the door between these two rooms cannot be closed... So it's actually not a private room.
Also, the bigger room doesn't have any windows...
