I chose this property mainly because it was close to the stadium, as I was in Kutaisi to attend a match. The location was excellent — just a short walk from the venue, which made everything easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest during my stay.
Unfortunately, communication with the host was disappointing. I requested early check-in in advance but never received any response. There was no personal interaction at all — the host simply opened the door without any welcome or instructions. A little more effort in guest communication would have made a big difference.

Lovely family / staff, nice big room in cool house, good places to put things. Walked to the city from there.

The room was well furnished and the bed was comfy. Shower was clean and powerful. Good value.
The wind was very strong and blew though the window frames and air vents making it difficult to sleep. This also stopped the aircon working efficiently.
