Stay behind the shop

It was the first time in our lives when you actually live behind a small shop with antiques ✨ Unexpectedly very nice, very clean and cosy. You can find everything necessary and even more. Wonderful usage of space. We also had a terrace and a lounge behind it at our disposal. The host was very friendly and pleasant to communicate. She gave us some important tips for our day stay in Beergen op Zoom

Highly recommend this accomodation. Very central location. Pretty street. Host is super friendly and available. The apartment is exactly as described.

Superb

Spacious room and oudoor/indoor living space were decorated with special, but with excellent taste. We were staying only one night but this accommodation suites well for longer stay, and certainly will next time book more nights. Location is just next to centrum. Shops, restaurants and pubs are in short walking distance, but far enough that noise from streets do not disturb. Parking available. Just wait for owners contact, and she will provide you a parking slot just 3,50€/day - cheap.

We were staying here at mid April. Toilet could be warmer, but it was ok when kept door open a while.

Charming and cozy property in a beautiful traditional Dutch town

Quirky and beautiful flat well located in the pretty centre of the town but still quiet. Very clean and well equipped. Annemieke was very friendly and helpful and we had a great trip.

Nothing negative about the property but it could be awkward to find a parking space in the surrounding roads

Great space to spread out in…

Great location in the historic town of Bergen op Zoom. We were blown away as we walked into the space which is located inside what was a retail shop. The room was beautiful and the spaces that were ours went on for ever - bedroom, kitchen, Bali inspired outside courtyard, covered terrace with comfortable seating and additional cooking facilities. There’s a secure space to store bikes. The location is steps away from the palace and city gates. There’s interesting streets to explore- a more authentic vibe than the bigger tourists towns…

Cosy, comfortable stay in Bergen op Zoom in a fab, trendy apartment in the heart of town.

Apartment was very well appointed, everything you'd need for a comfortable stay in Bergen op Zoom. Location was superb - right in the heart of the beautiful town, but easy for parking and getting in and out. Annemieke was such a lovely host. Super friendly and great recommendations for local places to visit and eat out. Fresh towels and coffee pods whenever they were needed! The apartment has a small outdoor space which would be lovely in the summer. I used the covered area for cooking a few times. But the kitchenette inside was brilliant for everything else. Can't recommend enough.

Een erg fijne plek in een mooi stadje

De locatie is top; het appartement bevindt zich vlakbij het oude centrum, en op een steenworp afstand van het Markiezenhof. Het verblijf is geschikt voor meerdere weersomstandigheden: je kunt binnen zitten, buiten op het binnenplaatsje, of overdekt in de halfopen ruimte achter de binnenplaats. Het appartement is heel compleet ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt (en nog veel meer :-) Annemieke was erg vriendelijk. Het was fijn dat wij onze fietsen in haar winkel mochten parkeren. Wij kenden Bergen op Zoom trouwens helemaal niet en waren aangenaam verrast: wat een mooi stadje!

De titel “bed&breakfast” klopt niet want je krijgt geen breakfast. Dat vonden wij overigens helemaal geen probleem met een bakkerij op 100m afstand.

Eine sehr aussergewöhnlicher Appartement / Wohnung, mit viel Liebe im Detail eingerichtet. Es gab eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Stadt, weder von der Straße oder aus der Nachbarschaft waren störende geräusche zu hören. Parkplätze waren in der Nähe reichlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein, aber komplett renoviert. Alles ist vorhanden; Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kühlschrank und gefüllte Minibar (natürlich gegen Bezahlung), WLAN, Spühlmaschine, Mikrowelle, etc. etc. Ich bin mir sicher, wenn was gefehlt hätte, dann hätte es die Vermieterin bestimmt noch gebracht. Eine absolute hilfsbereite Person. Nochmals VIELEN LIEBEN DANK :-) Die Bilder die im Internet stehen, stimmen zu 100 %, deshalb füge ich keine bei. Wenn ich wieder in Bergen op zoom bin, werde ich versuchen, diese Wohnung wieder zu mieten. Für Personen die einen Rollstuhl benötigen, ist dieser Wohnung jedoch nicht geeignet.

Nachts konnte man die Wohnung nicht komplett abdunkeln. Es gab zwar Gardinen und Verdunkelungsrollos, jedoch sind wir vielleicht verwöhnt, da wir die Rolläden runtenziehen und es ist dunkeln.

Wir waren mit dem Rad gekommen und haben 3 Tage rund um Bergen auf Ausflüge gemacht und vor allem entspannt.

Es hat einen besonderes Flair, mitten in der Altstadt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl.
