We were happy with the hotel. I guess my only complaint was the noise from the carnival, and drunken people singing loudly and then revving up their cars for 1/2 hour at 4 am

Lovely and quiet hotel

Beautiful hotel with vintage furniture and gorgeous wood accents. My room was lovely, with a big bathroom and a desk with a kettle and a nespresso machine, as well as a great view to the street. Quick walk to lots of restaurants and cafes. I was here for two nights while visiting clients nearby so it was a great place to relax in when not working.

The TV randomly turned on during the night, emitting a loud beeping noise, like an alarm had been set. Not sure how it happened since I hadn't touched the remote but I panicked for a bit since the sound was loud and I was worried other guests woke up. Not a problem just a little "creepy" experience haha!

We stayed over a Friday and Saturday night, the noise generated from parties, drinking at the surrounding cafes hotels deafening, apparently this is not the case during the week. Otherwise recommended.

The location was great, it was in the center and next to the parking garage and the staff was very friendly (if you have a rental car, remember your license plate number otherwise you can't enter the garage) The room was large with a lot of windows.

I didn't had hot water in the shower, I tried it for 5 minutes but as I was rushing I had to skip it. As the room was next some restaurants its a bit noisy until closing of the restaurants (if you wanna sleep early)

I come here once a year and enjoy our stay every time

A few minor repairs were needed in our room but most likely they were not mentioned by former guest. They made a note of it and I am sure it will be fixed soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location. Toilet, shower and sink were clean.

The room really needs some vacuuming and dusting. The bed was clean but it felt as if I was lying in a big dent - not great for the back.

My room was clean and well prepared, the bed was soft and very comfortable, and even though I arrived late, I was welcomed very kindly. I would and will choose the same hotel again when I return next year.

Very nice stay in a familial and confortable hotel ideally placed in Roosendaal. Felt like home.

This is not another franchized and anonymous hotel ! This hotel has an old school vibe to it - and I mean that in a good way. The rooms are comfy and the hotel adequately placed in Roosendaal city center. In a calm location, I enjoyed Roosendaal's carillon during the day and absolute silence at night. Special mention for the lovely and attentive staff, who made my stay feel like home. Additional point : the free parking next door is very convenient.

Of course, you can always ask for more : a gym, a Chromecast on the TVs... but frankly this would be nitpicking.

Staff were very helpful

Very noisy location, unfortunately stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and the pizzerias next door stay open until 4am , so crowds gathered outside until then. Did not sleep both nights, may be better on a week night. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming too. Shame as staff were nice and room was okay.

The Location was superb, The Owners and Staff warm, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast gave a great start to the day. Free Car Parking nearby was very welcome.

whilst reception area was lovely, the rooms are showing signs of needing some TLC. Take ears plugs for night time as the noise from surrounding bars can be high.
