The Hotel Klokkenhof is a family-oriented, quiet, and well-designed property located about 20 minutes from the Netherlands border. The staff and the hotel owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was authentically charming. The backyard is a lovely space where you can spend quality time with your children.
The only drawback was the presence of a number of horseflies on the property. However, aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The only problems we had were the same breakfast options each day & we were there 10 days. Also, we had trouble with the remote control on tv. It seem to have a short & was difficult in changing channels or adjusting sound. The only other problem was short staff the second time we had dinner in restaurant & we had invited friends to join us. The staff was very nice but took around 2 hours to be served. But the hotel & restaurant were lovely & we would probably stay again, hopefully with these issues being resolved.
